Due to the custom nature of items and for hygienic reasons, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is if I have made a mistake. Mistakes or defects must be brought to my attention within 72 hours of receiving the product.

That being said, I stand behind everything I sell, and your satisfaction is my TOP priority. If you are not in love with your purchase for some reason, please reach out via email so we can work on a resolution.

*Cancellations/refunds are not accepted on custom orders once work has begun on the item.

*Gum Ball Machine Spins, Mystery Games, and Claim sales are FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Custom orders may take longer. Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days via USPS. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information to let you know it is on the way! Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am NOT responsible for any lost/missing packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Local Pickup Policy: You have 30 days to pick up your order once you receive the notification that your order is ready. If you do not pick up your order within 30 days, you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost. If that invoice is unpaid after 2 weeks, your items will be disposed of.

During selection, you will be offered a choice of items depending on product type displayed in gum ball dispensed. You may select one of the provided items for the gum ball turn/spin purchased.

For each three turns/spins purchased you are allowed one exchange or new spin for a product type previously dispensed.

Examples:

• Three spins equals one exchange, Six spins equals two exchanges.
• First Gum Ball item is Beaded Pen, Second Gum Ball item is Tumbler, Third Gum Ball item is Beaded Pen. You may now keep the option for a second beaded pen or exchange for a new Gum Ball spin.

Exchanges are not always necessary and are not guaranteed.

During selection, you will be offered a choice of items. You may exchange items of a religious or political nature upon request at time of selection.

I no longer hold orders open for next day purchases. All orders will be closed at the end of the day.
